Installation is no problem (Obviously I should say?), No problem of incompatibility with my Audiophile USB nor I had when purchasing this software, nor with my Yamaha 01-X acquired recently ...
The setup is with the old diffrent of Steinberg software on which I had worked previously (Cubase or Cubase Vst 32) but following the manual and with a little common sense (the practice of what!) this is done without problem.
The manual is adequate for beginners, if the handling of the software is enough "empty" to which adj worked on such products.

I work with a laptop Packard Bell quip in Athlon XP-M 2400 + with 512 MB Ram, with an additional external hard drive USB 2 (Iomga 80GB) to pack all audio, software located on the internal hard drive (a 30GB).
The software works very well in this configuration, I have no crashes dplorer.
I've never had a computer as stable ...

I work with this app for the past 2 months and I can not say as well ... the main window is really good think, with everything you need on hand, so I changed Cubasis (version still quite old) or Cubase Vst 32.
The report is untouchable qualitprix (with or without Vsti).
The silent version bought Vsti book with "lights" that I find effective trs.
I would do this choice without worry, but I'll be Bond tt or later to spend the SL version to take full advantage of the remote control key functions via my 01-X.
Trs trs of good software ...
