A buy especially if you do not have a lot of plug-ins

I use it for 1 year.

    Really great all plugs!
Including Kontact is really well supplied. I also use many guitar rig.
In short, a good product, cons I think we can be satisfied with the CD version (not ultimate), once installed you do not see the difference.

I've been using AV Music Morpher for 2 years and been totally into it. This program is not the best DJing stuff for professional DJs but definitely a cool "weapon" for starters. It includes a new virtual DJ, a new Converter module, a multi-track recorder and editor, a whole suite of professional effects and famous patented vocal Remover and Extractor.

How long have you been using it?
I had Komplete 7 before, so an upgrade to ultimate seemed quite normal and wise. I upgraded two months after its release.

Which feature do you like the most / the least?
Most: kontakt and reaktor. (the sound library that come with them)

Did you try any other models before buying this one? No
How would you rate its value for money? Excellent, knowing that NI provides new products with Komplete, like the VC, which comes free as VST.

Based on your experience, would you buy this product again? Yes, I will when V9 comes out

    Best with Windows 7

Native Instruments Komplete 8 UltimatePublished on 11/24/12 at 23:28
Native Instruments Komplete 8 Ultimate is a must have, anyone who produces music most have this loaded up on either their Mac or PC right way. If you are looking for the “Ultimate” collection of sounds, and plugins/effects; you will have to purchase this. The reason a lot of people don’t go out and get the full Ultimate version of Komplete is because of the price tag. With tax, this bundle will cost you well over a thousand dollars which is a lot of money for software but it will be the only software you will ever need.

This bundle comes with over 240 GB of sounds and all of them are of great quality and usable. One of the major differences between Ultimate and the standard version of Komplete is the effects that you will get. You get Solid EQ, The Finger, Traktor 12, The Mouth, Reflektor, Solid Bus Comp and a few more. All of these effects are worth so much individually and with them all being in a package makes it worth the money.
Some of my favorite sounds in this bundle are the drum sounds. You get so many kits like the Abbey Road kits, it comes with the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s drum kits plus a bonus “Modern Drums”. If you want to get realistic sounding bass or guitars you can get that in no time with all of the plugins like Scarbee Jay-Bass. You also get Alicia’s Keys, which is a great piano plug in that alone cost over 100 dollars to buy.
Before purchasing this bundle you have one thing you need to think about. That is can your computer handle everything. After purchasing this, I had no choice but to get a newer computer within the next year because running all of the effects and plug ins will slow your system down big time. Also if you are using it on a PC it is best to have Windows 7 for the latest drivers and updates. There is nothing to think about with this bundle, don’t think about the price tag. Think about the quality of instruments you are getting.

    EXCELLENT!!

Native Instruments Komplete 8 UltimatePublished on 02/24/12 at 21:34
I bought it and received it within 48 hours, cool!
Fast installation...I connected the usb HDD, launched the installer and went to work.
When I came back I just had to activate it, which took me 1 minute.
I also have machfive 3, which is very good, too. Given the price of a software sampler I prefer to have several products, like in the old days when we had racks full of toys.
Very good value for money, given the contents, not even the price of a lousy expander full with GM sounds.
An obvious choice for people who want to have original software, this type of bundle is well thought-out by Native Instruments because if you crack it then you are really a lost cause.

The war between kontakt/machfive and the like must be stopped, was it the same with E-MU and AKAI? And very often you end up having both...At least it is not at expensive now.
Given the price of hardware, which lags way behind in terms of sounds ─ and even more so when you look at the price of the newest member of the Roland family, even if it does have certain good qualities ─ it's better to invest in software.

Upgrading to the Kontakt Komplete Ultimate 8 package was a great decision for myself and my fellow producer. It is packed with everything you need to complete a full composition all the way from sequencing down to synths and tight brass to lay over your tracks. Not to mention guitar rig, guitar rig you can run any sound that you want to use through the guitar rig channel on your daw and use so many different effects and options that it has. It gives you complete control over the sound unlike a lot of hardware does with this you can do whatever you want. It also comes with Absynth which is a great synth and modulation software but I have to warn you its not for beginners because like Absynth…

Not to mention guitar rig, guitar rig you can run any sound that you want to use through the guitar rig channel on your daw and use so many different effects and options that it has. It gives you complete control over the sound unlike a lot of hardware does with this you can do whatever you want. It also comes with Absynth which is a great synth and modulation software but I have to warn you its not for beginners because like Absynth it comes with Massive and Reaktor these programs aren’t for someone looking for a lot of presets. Even though they have a lot of presets to get you up and running but these programs are for someone who understands how to manipulate sounds and build sounds from scratch as well with OSC’s. But overall the Komplete Ultimate package is well worth the buy the price is very low considering everything you are getting in this package. You will be good to go for a long while with all that comes with it. I have been using Komplete’s packages for a while, and they continue to upgrade and make everything better. Anytime an upgrade is available you will receive an email so you can be up to date with the programs so you can update if you want or need to. They continue to improve on load times of the sounds and the overall quality of the products. You wont be upset at all while going with Native Instruments products it will be well worth your money. Give it a try you wont be disappointed.
