USE

The config is very simple: I chose the method that I prefer per channel (modern, vintage to clean, and HiGain, modern, vintage to lead) a pitite qualization channels, presence and reverb and round is played!

i got this amp from musiciansfriend.com and i paid $500.00 i got it because all i had was a little marshall 10 watt and my friend had one so i knew it was good.

i like everything about this amp it has a great clean channel and an awesome lead channel with enough knobs and switches to keep anyone happy it also has an effects loop but i dont use it much it comes with a footswitch to switch from clean to lead it also has to inputs so you could hook two guitars up to it if u want to this amp is great for what ever music you want to play on it and its ready for anything its also very lound i have never turned it up past three and thats plenty lound for me.

there isnt really anything i dont like abount this amp.

this amp is built like a tank and its heavy enoughthat you cant really walk fast and bump into things with it but if you did i think it break whatever you run itnto before it broke.

bottom line this is a really good amp and it good for any kind of music.

I bought this from PMT in Oxford for £285 for my first 'proper' amp. My old one was a stagg 10w.......

BIIIIIG and bulky. Bastard to carry, but very sturdy, i should know, having dropped it a few times and left in in the rain for 5 minutes once.
Has some serious power. 80w doesnt sound like that much, but I did a gig in a huge echo barn and only had to put it up to volume 5 of 10 to fill the place.
It has the best distortion i have ever heard on an amp. It has three types: vintage, modern and high gain. All sound great and do exactly what they say on the tin. vintage is bluesy and rough, modern thick and powerful and high gain just plain noisy. It also manages to retain its sound quality in the lower volumes, which is important, cause u aint gonna be turning it up too much.

The footpedal is a little noisy because it is amplified and ive has some problems with connections in the plug, but nothing i couldnt fix. Except the lack of headphone socket.

With the exception of a few input connection problems, absolutely fine. Very sturdy and resistant to water (wooops).

A brilliant amp well worth the money. Good for all types of music, but heavey rock in particular would benefit from this peavey sound. Reliable and tough if a little heavy.

The Bandit 112 is a transistor amp tube emulation (TransTube). It dlivre 80 W into 8 ohms and 100 W with an external HP (4ohms).

It's a transistor amp simulation lamp, power 80 watts rms. It has two channels, one each clear a saturated possdant their DIFFERENT types of sound for the clean, modern and vintage, and the lead, a vintage, a modern and a high gain.
