This is the white Ibanez RG350DX. Mine has a white basswood body, a Wizard II neck and the Edge 3 series Floyd Rose style tremelo. The white body is offset by jet black hardware and an eye catching pearloid pickguard.

I traded a friend an unknown SG copy from the 70s for this guitar. New this guitar goes for about $400. I picked it up because of the great playability and it was my first guitar with a locking tremelo.

The super slim neck. It was a wide but thin neck. I can see why guys like Steve Vai and Joe Satriani use these!

The 24 frets were nice. I was able to get really high up there with my leads as well as it made harmonics fun.

The overall tone of the Ibanez, like most, I find is rather stale. Good, quiet and loud, but not warm and bluesy. I didn't bother upgrading the pickups before I passed mine on, but I wonder if new pickups would have helped.

Well built. I have always like Ibanez's quality. The finish was very consistent and aged well. The neck design was great and the guitar felt very balanced and resonant.

If you are looking to play metal or well anything with high gain, this guitar would be a great pick. Not so hot for blues or classic rock tones. I can't say enough about the playability. Plays like a dream.

i play mainly rock but like to play abit of everything. iv been playing guitar for just over 1 year and thought my shitty squier strat needed replacing. after playing a couple of ibanez guitars i realised they are god in the form of a guitar.

i paid £295 from www.imuso.co.uk, i got it because of the looks, the sound and the playability of it.

EVERYTHING, only thing it could do with is more colour options but i love the white anyway.

there is a very slight buzz on the top string but it will go away once its been played in enough.

like a tank on drugs wrapped in stone.

get this guitar if you want a awesome guitar that doesnt cost to much that sounds amazin plays amazin and looks amazin get it.

I First played This guitar at Long & Mquade`s in Oshawa Ont. I didn`t put much effort into playing it then but the look of it dumbfounded me. About a month or two later I decided to order this guitar as my ax. I ordered from Georges guitar`s in Coubourg Ont. And paid $500(Can) for a guitar listed at $699. Which i thought was a good deal befor getting it. Little did I know how GOOD of a deal I was getting. I got the guitar almost two months later (possable more then two months) because it was on back order. I was told it would only be a week or two when i ordered it. Many times did thoughts of cancalling the order go through my head, but I am really glad i didn`t.

First thing that attracted me to this guitar was the look. White w/pearl pick gaurd and black hardware. Extreamly nice. It has a eligent yet badass look at the same time. In terms of looks there are not many retail guitars that look this nice. Everything on the looks fit nicely and there is not a single turnoff.

In terms of how well this guitar plays it is unbeleaveable. Even from stock it plays ver smoothly and almost without flaw for any style of music. The string tention is nice for blues/jazz/rock licks, hot speed metal solos, and is very nice to get losts of rebound in you`re picking so golloping is not any problem at all. The neck is also very wide and makes it nice for fingerpicking too. Also for being blot on construction It is very smooth to play on the higher frets. It biuld in a way that you are not limited at all.
I was afrade that having a single coil with two humbucks on the guitar that the single coil would get in the way. But you hardle even notis that there is pickups on the guitar.

The stock pickups are very nice for a guitar at this price. They give you a satasfactory amount of power in distortion but its on a clear tone that the pickups inpressed me. You can get an almost acustic sounding tone and can really give you somthing that you can play and relax too.

The Edge II Pro is another feature that impressed me on this. Iv alwasy been a purest and had a hatred against licensed Floyds. Well I can asure you that it grew because of the EdgeII. It holds its tune much much better then a licensed and its way smoother to play on and with. Plus it looks alot better too. What also surprised me is how eazy it is to down tone. It takes about as much time as a guitar that dosn`t lock at all.

About the only complaint I have with this guitar is that the neck seems to scratch eazy. Its not like the neck is going to give way very eazy its just that they could have used better wood and stronger stain. One little fault like that though is not going to turn me away from my love for this guitar.

This is just a fault that is on my unit but I thought I should include it. The tone knob got a bit loose after a week. Something Like that would take no time to fix i just havn`t got around to it.

I havn`t had the guitar long enough to really state how it will hold out in long term. But it seems to be built quite solid. Like I said befor the tone knob became loose after a week but thats just a matter of tightning a bolt.

This is a very nice guitar and one of the best in its price range. Its a great guitar to be a main stage guitar for a intermeadiate guitarest like me. Or a great beat up for an expert. Its price makes it very afordable. And Is almost flawless. An eazy 5 for this guitar in all areas and over all. Its almost a shame it cant get more just for the look of this beauty.

The Ibanez RG350DX is one of the best guitars I have ever played. I picked this bad boy up in a little town outside of D.C. at a shop called Mellodee Music, for a little under $600. I first bought it because I wanted a new guitar that had the badass looks that this does, plus a floyd rose. I didn't even play it before I bought it... Purely for looks. Then when I plugged in to my peavey stack, the sound was amazing

I like everything about this guitar... EVERYTHING. The sleek looks, the Floyd Rose, the 3-d pickguard, the sound... oh the tone... oh god the tone. This guitar is perfect for speed metal. With its floyd rose, it stays in tune real nice.

I really do like everything about this guitar... I wish it would come in other colors than white, but I don't mind white. Also, just like any guitar with a floyd rose... it is a bitch to downtune... but once you get it it stays tuned.

This guitar has everything you would want on a guitar. Floyd Rose Tremolo, Wizard II neck, 5 pickups H-S-H, and 5-pickup selector. The quality of this guitar is amazing if you like heavy metal, speed metal, or even death. It will play better than ANY guitar in its price range. Just plug into a peavey stack, with a Boss Metal Zone... and you're good to go.

This guitar will kick any other guitar's Ass.

Good standard microphones but I've changed from the beginning by Seymour Duncan. Otherwise very good sound for all styles

OVERALL OPINION

Frankly it all a great, Luter is exeptional for the price (469), with a floyd that allows easy operation (no need to cut the balls of string) and an adjustable precision of a standard and especially his 24 cases, the RG 350 DX guitar is a great value. on the other hand, if the wallet can change the microphone is the only problem. Put the Seymour Duncan or Di Marzio, see EMG for metals.

Move the switch completely down and put the tone for a thoroughly clean sound.

UTILIZATION

A nice round can easily go around it with acute simple, the Forli is perfect for my taste and the weight heavy enough as well but nothing serious, we get a good sound easily fits the guitar for all types of Amp.

SOUNDS

Sounds pretty-pleasing, it is well suited to my style of music I regret a little microphones, so I'll change them by DiMarzio.

UTILIZATION

The neck is extremely flat, a bit wide but flat, so eventually one gains in precision and rapidly. Regarding Access in dernires frtes, there is no problem! It is surprising even to a bend in a tone and 1 / 2 on 24me box! : P
This Ibanez has a good weight rpartition (moderately heavy, if you compare a Fender or Gibson) and a cut that suits her (that of the RG). I love its white color that distinguishes it from other guitars, with the plate that makes us think of granite, it's really beautiful trs. In addition, the derrire of the handle is natural wood varnished, which gives a sensation of playing on wood vritable and trs is pleasant.

For my part, I encountered a big problem regarding the Floyd ... I wanted to change the tie and put the 9-46 for more versatility, and I was shocked to see that even in rglant the springs as it should, Floyd never returned the exact place This is trs nerva ... Remdier for this problem, I have to "tune" the entire rear portion of the instrument by making a block of wood to the exact size that allowed to block the floyd down position (that - that I can not do the shooting with the floyd) while tightening the springs, Fawn block the bridge when it returns to its normal position. Thanks this Systm, I rsolue the discomfort of the floyd, and I can now without dsaccorde THE USER guitar.
I also isolated the springs with a sponge (yes I know, trs lout, but super effective!) For empcher reason in the spring, and it's much better like this (more no background noise).

SOUNDS

I think for a guitar of this price is an adj trs good sound reproduction, even if the microphones are not extravagant. But they are trs Multipurpose mritent changs to be seen the quality of the guitar.
It has a micro needle sharp as trs j'apprcie normment, a super powerful micro serious (indeed, 'to think well rgler the amp that has not saturated with clear sound) and a micro intermdiaire which strangely reminds one of a fender, so it gnial for its clean. These are the "sound" I prfre. The other two SETTING THE microphone does not fit my style of game but a funky man could not find them a useful me.
I put 8 because you must change the pickups for a sound that has more personality.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 7 months and can not get enough! It has a good ergonomics particulire which we love playing it, and very easy (the handles are real Ibanez highways! Indniable it!). I tried other models before buying, like Ibanez SA, RG other ... I have long hsit because of the floyd and this could cause problem. Despite these risks, I took the RG350. In addition to locking floyd Systm I make d (about 5 hours to think properly functioning and 2 hours of making ^ ^) I do not regret this purchase.
Q / P good, trs without being cheap but even when, for a skyscraper that quality (especially the violin) is not a theft.
I would do without this choice hsiter!

UTILIZATION

I play mostly progressive metal

Level using this guitar, if properly set, turns out to be very nice, round, flat end, good balance. Access to treble is very good at it anyway Ibanez I've found the best access to acute on set neck guitars, because the small heel round begins at the end of the 18th box, c ' is a box won over Cort X Series or Jackson for example with a square heel, preventing play contortionist to reach the 24th square.

The selector is positioned to the rapid changes and the volume and tone knobs do not interfere when we play.

The big downside of this guitar, and I think on other guitars serial rg3xx it must be about the same: it is the Floyd (Bridge and locknuts).
For me the holes of the block rope are on the verge of giving up the ghost (and I'm not a nag allen key yet), and the Edge III tremolo while very enjoyable to play proved to be materials composed of mystics who have made it no problem at all in agreement! For my part I replaced it with an OFR that fits pil hair and that works very well after the basic settings.

SOUNDS

Sound level microphones INF3 and 4 are biting fairly well balanced and good but the output level is a bit laughable. Since I play progressive metal I do not see myself continuing with this micro there: I opted for Dimarzio Breed and Area61 and then of a sudden it was something else!
The sustain is not great but good for the price they are not specially selected woods.

OVERALL OPINION

I use this guitar for 8 months now is a guitar that has an excellent violin for the price: The handle has not moved into action and won with Original Floyd
If one has the chance, they just fall on a good run when the varnish is spread over the handle and place where the floyd years (mouais. ..).

I chose this guitar for its looks absolutely beautiful, because it is ergonomically very well thought out for metal, and with experience I remake this choice because it is really pretty!

UTILIZATION

The guitar neck is a Wizard II, basically it is excellent! has no complaints at all, Ibanez has fully ensured in the inning. access to the treble is very easy if there was a 25th and 26th cargo could reach them easily.
The weight is well distributed as well. Concerning the vibrato (and thus the floyd) I'm impressed so it's good. I take this opportunity to make a nod to an earlier opinion: the seller clearly told me that this guitar was made for pulling strings to 9-42. So I asked him what would happen if we changed the drawing, and he said that the guitar is not suitable, we would have BIG BIG problems with the floyd. So for those who play with 9-42, the floyd will not cause you any problems;

I play mainly progressive metal, this guitar is perfect for my style.
Finally, I will talk about things that annoy: the microphones. I hesitated to buy the scratch because of the comments I read on their microphones, so I said "I bought then I would replace the pickups." All in all, I am totally satisfied with the sound I! I would change the pickups, but that's for sure I would have done with any guitar because I want Dimarzo Steve Vai. Frankly there I played with a Line6 Uber Metal pedal, Cry Baby 535Q Wahwah, and a Marshall amp MG100DFX, well the sound that emerges is simply beautiful, I would not change the pickups before very long it is on ca!

I make a change: I had the pedal for some time GNX3000 of Digitech and the sound that comes out with my guitar is great, but we feel that it lacks a little power. UTILIZATION

The handle is really nice, the jumbo frets are good (not as a dean at € 200 for example). the guitar has a very good cut very nice, and access to acute is really fast thanks to the Wizard II neck. As for the cons, the microphones are not core really great but they can still have good versatility.

SOUNDS

The sound is not really the strong point of this guitar, the pickups INF are not high end but we have some versatility with 5 positions. I do that I used the micro acute and very few of the other two.
I opted for a kit Zakk Wylde EMG pickups (EMG 81/85) and it makes more bluntly, I have less flexibility, but the sound is extra on my VOX AD50-VT, it's a good guitar for the Metal cheap (600 € in the end).

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for almost a year now and I'm a fan of Ibanez guitars, if I should buy me one it will be the same model but Prestige version and why not custom?
the quality / price: Ibanez's for cheap I think we still have a very good guitar in hand, well finished and comfortable, here are just the pickups and fasteners that I changed (EMG 81 / 85 straplocks)

This beautiful Ibanez guitar made in Indonesia is a true bomb to its price ($ 400). She has a vibrato Edge III Floyd Rose Tremolo type really reliable and accurate and a 3pc Wizard II neck Maple neck style "highway" 648mm/25.5. "As for freight, there are 24 of jumbo. This guitar is very much my style of music. Ie, Alternative Metal, Progressive Metal, Nu-Metal. For Death Metal and Heavy Metal, I admit that the microphones are perhaps a little too "passive." Fortunately, my Boss Metal Core ML-2 is aggressive.
Playing in a group (with a 5-string bass), I use a setting rather flat. Two-thirds of treble and midrange and 1 / 2 low. With that, my bass and distortion of the metal is sent!
Now the stuff in full force:

OVERALL OPINION

I use this guitar for 1 year and a half now. As you may have noticed I am very pleased, but still is it that I'll change it. It is in every respect almost, adapts well to a lot of style, comes from a good job, etc. ... but this is not a professional guitar! Small defects is on them can be felt at some technical level achieved. For audio, you just change the pickups!

- The Wizzard II neck is very comfortable and your hand slides pretty smoothly. Weight: nothing to say, and the shaping is perfect. No additional remark about the neck, except that it's awesome!

The pickups fit my style of playing. I play with a Marshall MG30DFX amp and a DIGITECH GNX3 pedal board. I like the tone but I replaced the original pickups with Ibanez QM1, QMS1 and QM2 to get a better sound.

OVERALL OPINION

- I've been using this guitar for 6 months. I purchased it directly form a luthier who adjusted it for me.
- I like everything on this guitar except the original pickups, which I replaced.
- I tried several guitars before buying this one. The look was the most important criterion and then the features, that's why I bought my RG350DX.
- I'm greatly surprised that such a "budget" guitar offers so many features.
- I would definitely buy it again.
Its only weakness is the Floyd tremolo.
