Let me start by telling you that I am from NY, and have had music in my heart as long as I can remember. I am 35 and have been playing piano/keyboards since I was 8 and still cant read a stitch of music, LOL!
I joined a band in '93 and stuck with it for 9 years. The band members slowly melted away over time and replaced with other more talented people. I left them in 2002 and they are still playing 1 or 2 times per month. Classic Rock and Alternative mostly. They mix it up pretty well.
I now have a modest little setup in my basement consisting of 1 Roland RS-5 keyboard, a JV1080 module, ART EQ, Crown XLS 420, Behringer 1204-FX board, and a laptop running Cakewalk ProAudio 9.0. More than enough for me to mess around with. I would however like to get into more computer based recording. One of the reasons I sought out a forum like this one. Anyways, enough about me. Just wanted to say hey and let some folks know a little about me.
