OVERALL OPINION

-In recent months, Simple and effective, well up above the high range of Yamaha, but this has a cost!

Vi1 of the Vi6, I have everything at hand!
The software is simple and effective but unfortunately it is currently OFFLINE!

UTILIZATION

The handling is very simple so basic, for it has so many cons that can be a little more advanced functions work.
Unfortunately the manual is in English but it is clear and detailed!

SOUNDS

The first time I used I took a slap!
A clear and precise, almost as an "analog", after having knocked on YAMAHA M7CL and PM5DRH ... I rediscovered my sound system!

OVERALL OPINION

He holds a Vi1 for 1 year I am fulfilled. The value for money and bury the M7CL consort! 4 months since I bought a Vi6 to complete my park and there SOUNDCRAFT miracle I got my shows and I can work either on or Vi1 Vi6!
The value for money of 1 is phenomenal, when the 6 is quite acceptable to the views of performance

So to have all the info it is best to have a look at the site builder, because it has many functions, and just being hosted on it, I would give all! At this point it seems very complete, as many digital console said upscale.

First thing that I scored in the wrong direction, the faders me one more is thought to 01V at a console fader upscale this price.

UTILIZATION

The general configuration is relatively simple, the touch screen you want in here is short, on a first approach it seems not bad. But relatively confusing for a user of Yamaha (PM5D, M7CL and Degidesign ,...) I am. (Used to a central screen containing all the info)
Soundcraft have tried, I think, a digital analog approach to this but here it hangs for me, it's digital, not analog, in terms of visualization, I think it's bad. Lots of mini square with information to look through a magnifying glass, as saying that the drawings of Eq (parametric and 31b) are used strictly for nothing, like those of the compressor, in short it is certainly not super important, but already disturbing to see an EQ quickly.
Then I heard this console with no menu and sub menu, for my part I rather lived Conversely, ever impose a "click" for anywhere from a single slice (on a 5d you have everything on hand for the selected slice)

Another black spot in my taste, the earnings that are not links on a pair of slice.
I found the console long to react when it comes to change layer. And visualization of the GR comp just ridiculous (or at least have a magnifying glass)

Ah I had a real problem, I am announcing right away, it was not from the system, because with my favorite CD, I just do not try to hit 31b eq. Parcontre more I felt the need to make a MH4 to a H3000, or more than one LS9 PM5D. I found it soft, but so soft ..... no sense of dynamics, the feeling of arriving very quickly within the dynamics of the beast.
The EQ also made me think of those of the MH4, in short they must go inside to do something serious, and I did not find it very flattering to the ear.

The Comp is doing pretty well
The FX-cons are doing with them very well

Result, as the MH4, I do not like the sound and feel not given this machine, especially when one knows the price!

OVERALL OPINION

That tested once I'm more than retry the experiment, and change your mind, but I'm not at all convinced by the Vi6 especially for the price, I located more in the range of M7CL in sound quality (although the gate of M7 I draw things), I prefer short largely a 5D or Venue
