I am 13, and the day after Christmas, I went with my dad to a Guitar Center in chicago, and he loaned me some money so that I could pay him back later for an amp that I was going to buy. Orignally, I was going to purchase either a Fender Deluxe 90 or a Flextone III, and the Flextone was out of my price range, and I saw the Vox first,and it had the misprinted pricetag of 399.99, so I purchased it. I bought it because I play in an alternative band and a blues band, so I needed modeling technology. Also, 399.99 for a NEW AD60Vt is a STEAL.

Practically everything. 8 banks with 4 channels each, all of them rewriteable, VERY USEFUL. the "pedal" section, although not great, has some useful features (like Models of the ProCo Rat, and classic Ibanez Tubescreamer really beef up your sound, especially when it is set on Recto. It is great if you play metal). The amp types are very good and useful, the valve reactor really makes it sound warm. The modulations (Chorus, Flanger, Phaser, Tremolo and Rotary) are all useful and fun to play with, the tap tempo on delay is one of my favorites, along with the 3 other delays, three tyeps of reverb, which all sound good, and the power selector in the back is good when people are home and you cant turn it up, or when you want to crank one of the models, but dont want to shatter your eardrums.

The cosmetics are rather cheap. Also, there is no true clean channel, which is a little frustrating (although the Boutique CL does not have an overdrive, so I just use that).

Medoicre cosemtics (on the front), and do note: This is not an American made amp, so if you prefer handmade American amps, this is not one, though the quality is still very good, in my opinion.

Whether you have saved up a fortune for a new amp, need digital processing with valve warmth, or just need a gigging amp and dont have too much money, this is an amp you really should get. Definately the BEST amp I have ever used (I can't say own, because I only have one other amp, and the VOX is obvioulsy much,much better)

The Vox Valvetronix AD60VT guitar amp is a modlisation. The electronics of the preamp allows it to simulate the behavior of 16 amps legend. This preamp is aid in this by a 12AX7 tube ("valve" in English or "tube" in American).
The power section is electronic, no lamps that level.

As the name suggests, power is 60W, but it is possible through a potentiometer to select a lower power (1w, 15w, 30w or 60w). The advantage of this method is that you can play low volume while keeping the characteristics of the sound mute and avoiding the neighborhood / children / partner (delete as appropriate )

The other highlight of this amp is its logic.
5 presents the preamp modules through which the signal travels from the guitar.
In order: "pedals"> "type of amp and equalization"> "modulation"> "delay"> "reverb" and amplification. An effects loop is located between the main reverb and amplification.

Each module can select an effect or amp model and adjust the sound using potentiometers. There's no drop down box and LCD screen, everything goes on classic effects pedals, efficiency guaranteed!

UTILIZATION

Operation is very simple and intuitive. It selects the type of amp, EQ and some were already sound.

You sound killer, press "write", select the No bank, re-"write" and the settings are saved!

For the scene, the pedals (optional :-() turns quickly indispensable.

What I am happy with this amp is that I find the clear sounds of a twin or Dumble, the crunch of Vox and Marshall saturations of an appeal of the foot.

I have not done blind comparison with real modeliss amp, but for me the important thing is that these sounds are usable and especially "music", they respect the sound of the guitar and the finger of the musician.

The effects are enough for me (but I'm not demanding the above)

OVERALL OPINION

The defects of this amp are: the pedal option :-( (large defect)
The size of the pedal
It is not MIDI, so no MIDI board and no possibility to save programs (note the hand!)

And that's all ....

The price is justified in light of all it offers (possibility, sound, ease of use)

Trs a good amp then! (But I put that 9 because the pedals!)

UTILIZATION

The amp is very easy to drive. we get amazing sound from the first notes, however, a small reading the manual tranquillos permetra to capture the different functions a little secret of this wonder (eg modification of the pitch of the tuner, noise gate, ...)

Hybrid amplifier with a lamp in the preamble. delivers 60w (more than adequate, even coverage for a battery). quite effective dessu available as of overdrive, wha-wha, wha self, compressor ... chromatic tuner and can record its prog.

UTILIZATION

Super easy to use its sounds great the first time. No need to look noon to 14 pm an amp is really a great simplicity. the manual is clear and intuitive (I was lucky to have him in French, lol)

It is 60 watts.
It possde 2 inputs (high and low gain), headphone output (cutting the speaker) output line-out (do not cut the speaker) with volume spar (for headphones and line- out), an external speaker 8 ohm output (I tried with the 1922 and ca Mashall does it well), an input / output loop to put an end loop, a plug for the pdalier Control (VC4).
Find all posts previous ones for all effects. In rsum inquitude not there all you need.

UTILIZATION

The config is super simple and efficient trs. Little more than the amp is the possibility of the vrifier rglages postriori pRSET each with a small light (unlike line 6 o we do not know Never has rglages :-( It sucks)

SOUNDS

The style is just made my gots. What is complicated because the base of the variation on I, rock and metal. So if an amp provides in these areas is a good sign! I played with an Ibanez 7-string and find all the sounds I want, even trs clear and funk.
The sound, ah talking about. I will say plutt SOUND. C a killer, too good! I knew marshall and line 6 but I am the tomb. Crystalline and powerful, a small Bon Reserved gets off if you sound "metal box" and other sounds mega saturated but anyway I suggest you take a more crunchy sound lgrement for metal and you blow up everything, I promise.
In short, everything sounds, c unbelievable.
As against power level, if your little Reserved scratch the only face one batter in a "dchire it all." But even when powerful trs (slightly less powerful than a 100 watt Marshall but hey it was announced 60 watts so ...)

OVERALL OPINION

I've had a week but I dcortiqu so I could test everything.
I find it daunting used with pdalier VC4 (not included with and not given but ...)
I did not find rel default except that it does not have the ultra-distal-black-metal, but it is a small dtail. More can be the fact that we can Cumulative performance with the wah wah some effects such as compression or other. but the again, it would be quibbling.
In conclusion, I sold my amp and effects line6 boss and for this amp and I do not regret it at all. The ratio quality price is good when even despite this history of pdalier.
And even when playing the beatles, the brian adams or queen with the same sound as the original (yes, yes ..) is not standard dj?

The connection of this amp is super complte. Nothing is missing. (Loop, headphone, HP, online simultaneously. ...). HP The controls are well laid trs is logical. It is known to use the BTE without opening the manual. So great!

Personally I play in texas spcial strat team and I can tell you that the sounds obtained are really amazing. is to fall to the ground ism, far from del Line6 example. The best simulation is my opinion: the vox (normal!), The Fender Twin, Marshall JCM800 and all the others for that matter! Large lgrement saturations are worse but all the same more than adequate. The clean sounds and crunch "blues" are wonderful. The sound spectrum is wide trs: Low-impact, cutting sharp. Power is adjustable from 60W to 1W is great. 1W = Perfect for playing in the room. 60W = Nickel for group play even if the drummer pummeled hard.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for 2 months and I can not get enough of this amp. You can really do everything with: Funk, Jazz, blues, rock, hard, metal. I also bought the VC12 pdalier that goes with it and it was the foot (!), How easy to use! The total price of the set is a bit expensive but the sounds are really high then! A choice I do it again without hsiter!

Amp simulations: many are convincing or even compelling trs (VOX AC30, Soldano or black face). others a little dcevantes as JCM900 (UK 90's). Overall AC makes this amp versatile blues to metal with no pbm.
The reverbs are good, like the echo or delay.
As against the modulations are a bit rotten, especially the chorus and phaser dcoivent me, with its space.

OVERALL OPINION

Excellent qualitprix. Amp versatile, powerful (in RPET ok even with a drummer a little clumsy) Used with a godin SD, it gives me particular satisfaction using the bridge pickup (humbucker). Only modules dcoivent me. This is my first guitar amp and srieux I would do this without much choice hsiter

So I bought this amp used after testing several models including a Line6 Flextone, a Roland Cube30X, a Marshall MG30DFX, 75w Spider3 a Line6, I must say that I tried the VOX AD60VT first and I was above. I quickly stopped playing on other models. Arriving at the store with a small a priori VOX I do not doubt leave it. But is that happiness and € 390 for this Lead Not budget for 10 years.

I use it for 2 years. I am filled with the VC-12 is perfect. I got 500 in stumble upon a store, I asked to try it and I did not took a long time to decide.

That is more than 5 years I availing oneself of this amp and I think never spar.J me 'and I've had other amps but I am still partial to this one and report quality its excellent price. Ds dpart I replaced the HP with a Vintage 30 and the sound has been transformed is really a perfect couple. It is an ideal amp for its versatility, sound quality and adjustment of power usage is the scene of the chamber. Manufactured more I find that unfortunate because the V30 equipped, it has no equivalent and new models have nothing to do at possibilities and sound.
So after several Annes guitar so I kept 3 systm: my VC15 lgretson surprising for his report, my ADV60 with Vintage 30's mandatory (I insist), a TONELAB THE POWER ENGINE with 2 Tech21 535Q wah-wah and a volume pot with 200K.
