I do not know the country of manufacture but I think Korean. The easel is a Tun-O-Matic Locktone and set neck is very slim typing profile 60 round mahogany with 22 frets medium type, key in Rosewood, very playable, I I fond in all cases more than the les paul ... I seemed to have removed the stickers on the covers Gibson pickups, but I read that this would be the Epiphone pickups! irrelevant given the ultra precise and typed her as I like.

UTILIZATION

I owned the Gibson SG Special in the 80 Marshal on a transistor at the time, I think prefer this one, the finish is remarkable Epiphone hits hard! gibson should follow the example of their range .... An early report qualitée unbeatable price! After all these years it does not wane, it is played every day for 10 years.In the purchase of thirty years it remains my electric guitar solo or fetiche.rythme, it kills.

I got this guitar on sale at Long and McQuade for $510 CAN (not including GST). Before this guitar I had a 3/4 Piranha (ha ha ha) and I really wanted something different. I saw the G-400 Custom and instantly fell in love with its three gold pickups and wonderful tone.

Overall, this guitar kicks ass. It looks awesome, the gold hardware makes it look expensive, and plays awesome, the three pickups can be blended to create unique and kick ass tones.

The only things I didn't like about this guitar is that the neck tilts downward with playing with a strap and the volume controls are kind of confusing at first. Also, you may hit the triple pickups with your pick when playing.

This guitar is really well made (hell, its an Epiphone). It appears to be really solid and the finish doesn't chip easily.

Overall, this is a great guitar. The clean sound is to die for, and it sounds awesome distorted. The gold pickups make it look perfessional and its a great guitar for players of any skills. With it, you can play Red Hot Chili Peppers to Black Sabbath to Rancid. I just can't imagine what the Gibson custom is like...

I got this guitar at Long & McQuade for $510 CAN (+ GST). I was looking for a good guitar for rhythm and one that has a good clean sound too.

It has a great clean sound and is great for rhythm. The three gold pickups look professional and sound like a dream. Over all this guitar plays great and looks awesome.

When on a strap, the neck sometimes points down. Also, because of the triple pickups, sometimes your pick hits them if you pick too deep.

This guitar is very well made, except for the pickup selecter which seems loose. It's very solid and the finish doesn't chip easily.

Overall, to G-400 custom is a great guitar for its pricetag. It has an awesome clean sound, as well as distorted. I just can't imagine what the actual Gibson is like.

SOUNDS

It is suitable for many styles of music, sounds approaching jazz and metal, but more dedicated to blues, rock and hard rock.
The average quality microphones do feel that on my Mesa which does not forgive weakness on that side, if not, on my preamp Lag, the difference is minimal with my Les Paul Artisan.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for over a year, I like Gibson humbuckers to 3 for their look, but a Chinese Epiphone does not compete with a Korean Epiphone both finishing on the sound.
If I had to redo this choice, I would make sure to have a Korean model, then I think the quality / price would be enormous.

The handle is quite nice and allows good access to the treble. In terms of form it allows the fans that gibson have not the means to have one of the purchase for a discounted price (but the quality is incomparable). Its weight and reasonable. Recommended to amateur metal this guitar perfectly conviadra amateur pop rock, blues and punk pourkoi not. His big flaw is the sound clean. the micro environmental prevents crystal clear sound which is pretty bad.

OVERALL OPINION

I used this guitar Panda 2 years. I have moved to a PRS Santana SE home. This guitar is suitable for people from beginner to advanced but I confess that one s' tired pretty quickly (the range of sound is reduced). That said it's still a pretty good guitar

made a few months I have .... I love the look ..... laid back sound a little less .... however I can not afford to buy a "real" SG ..... and I was dreaming .... so it is my business .....

As the handle is said prcedemment gnial in acute and ACCS could not be better!
unfortunately it just EHJV by the weight of the head ... But otherwise it would not be a sg!

SOUNDS

It's been three years since I toured with, and it suits me quite.
Indeed I possde 4 "real" gibson sg and I turned to this because it silent MODEL least honreux replace. And I must say that I am not dcu! The rglages with 3 microphones allow combinations of sounds quite fabulous!
Also as only guitarist in my band ca allows me to have a "big" full well that sounds pretty good in my registry (ska punk)

I ADOOOOREEE L!
I would not change it for the world and I have even offered recently to replace another one I had who had a heat stroke ...
This guitar is very well made, I would like to see a gibson sg custom to compare but hey it is no longer in gibson custom shop and hurts the wallet ...

- Handle Extremely enjoyable, varnish the handle is derrire trs enjoyable and allows the hand moves without too much cling.
- Form requires SG, acute at the CHAC is really trs simple, no problem
- The ergonomics of this guitar is good trs.
- Thanks his three humbucking pickups, and knobs for volume, one can obtain a wide range of sound, all nickels.

- It's perfect for my type of music is that rock, hard rock and blues, it was a really good sound trs.

In clean, with a little more serious than acute, the sound is crystal casi.

- The particular feature I like most is its look, the finishes are really well done, and my vintage flat standards.
- I tried a Gibson SG special, Epiphone me but much more for me though it is well worth a sr Gibson in the first price. This is not envy the Epiphone SG Special or faded.
- Small precision, this limited edition Epiphone MODEL l Sg custom is not the same as the Epiphone SG custom.

Channel very pleasant, we have no right to a log as an epiphone studio ..
