SOUNDS

OVERALL OPINION

Acquired in 1996, exposure model, never changed the battery (which lasts 2 years in principle) despite intensive use for 10 years.

It's Black and fairly sturdy.
I've played Guitar for since 1966 and have always tinkered with the Keys. I've been playing keys pretty steady for about 6 years.
I also use a Yamaha P70, Yamaha DX-21 and a Korg Poly 800.
I'm using a Kawai MX 8r stereo Mixer, a Marshall Valvestate 80/80 stereo power amp and Marshall AVT bottom with heavier speakers Converted to stereo.

I bought it from my other Guitarist so I could back up our Sax Player with B3isms. We are a Beach. Boogie and Blues Band.
I Paid $200 and it included a SKB case.
My other Guitarist doesn't play, but bought it cheap at a garage sale.
I've down loaded all of my manuals and it is above my pay grade so it works for me.
and it sounds great for Steel drums, Hammond, electric piano, and most synth sounds.

For what I need it's easy to use and a great beginner tool for those interested in using a good board for recording or playing.
I'm 59 and won't be writing programs so for me, that is not an issue.
The 'readout screen' is adequate.

Fairly study.
I try to baby my equipment, but I do play out and take all of my crap with me.
If It broke down or I lost it, I would consider another, but I'm not totally reliant on it.

I'm giving it a '4', only because it is the bottom of the 'XP' Line.

5 years ago for about $600 in Pittsburgh.

It still suits me after 5 years! I play it live and have used the sound banks to record some demos. The samples are as diverse as they are realistic.

it's only 61 notes, so it's limited.

very high quality... I've lugged it around gigs for the last 5 years... banging it up all the way accross the country, so you're good to go with this unit.

for the money, it does some great things. It gives you great pianos, Organs, and synths. And it's just really easy to use. The price has gone WAY don't since I bought, and I just wish it were this cheap 5 years ago!!

For the price I pay the era I am happy trs.
Exceeds my opinion it is.

This is a 5 octave lightweight and dynamic. It possde between a footswitch, between 1 expression, a trio of MIDI, a ToHost, a headphone output. Faders can control two different pairs of paramtres such as cutoff / resonance, and also controls the modulation pitchstick.

About 350 tones are available, of all types, GM and GS compatible. The polyphony is 28 notes, 16 multitimbral parts. Some effects Reverb / chorus are Submitted, but trs rudimentary ditables not. No squenceur, but a small arpeggiator: simple and sometimes useful.

It is trslger, fun transportation (5 kg against 25 for the K2500 that I bought ... then the shock!).

UTILIZATION

Big gap in the classic sounds!. Some wind instruments are fairly Russia, keyboard sounds more suited to rock and contemporary music. The acoustic pianos are not Russian (well what the price is not against the RV by electric pianos are nice (lack of depth and harmony but the range is good). Kits battery are generally Russian.
