This is a perfect map quiconvient my expectations: good converters, 4 inputs, 4 outputs on ¼ 6.35, all there! Used with a PIII 950MHz overclock 600, an Asus motherboard VIA chipset, 768MB of RAM and an IDE HDD, it works well for trs Cubase and Reason. The latency is imperceptible change much for me on my ISIS. The Vsti I use are controlled by a keyboard matre evolution 249C, connected by USB to the PC; two advantages: no control of power supply, and then not need to take MIDI! (A good falls, the Delta44 possde do not). Then for audio I use a small console or pramp Envoice connected to the Delta.

UTILIZATION

No problem with installation, make sure all of the same download any latest drivers to take advantage of new features. I've never had a problem with my Via chipset.

GETTING STARTED

This time, thank you M-Audio drivers are set days and bring new features (multiclient). Logic or Cubase with a flawless run, I get a latency of 4 ms. This card arpondu my expectations: quality audio to the appointment, 24bits/96Khz (a food in the place, but of course!), Stability of drivers in practice, evolution can by buying multiple cards. It's been three years and hundreds of hours of recording that I bought.

Sound card very practical with its outer casing, 4 input + 4 output jacks 6.35. I use to play and record my guitar + voice (= micro) as an amateur musician! These go through a mixer for convenience and in order to pramplifier sounds.
My config = PC Pentium 4, 512MB Ram, Windows XP, Maxtor 120GB SATA and of multimedia speaker misrables !!!!(= future purchase)

UTILIZATION

The installation was done without any problem, plug and play recognized by Windows XP and roll!
For cons, the record is in English so difficult to understand everything! For cons, the same instruction in French is tlchargeable on the site of M-Audio. No inconsistency with my config and the Control Panel is very easy to grate.

GETTING STARTED

I use the Delta 44 with the original drivers, = I did not find any notable amliorations with the new driver download on the site!
Utiliss software are: Rt Player Pro Sounds home (excellent also as multi-effects), Sound Forge 7 (as a recorder) and I try to understand Cubase SX 2.
The resulting latency = 4 ms is ridiculous and I use only 3 tracks recording / reading max 6 tracks (I = beginners!) The sound suits me perfectly and no interference with the same point disto hard.

OVERALL OPINION

I use it for one month and frankly, I am delighted by the sound card. In fact, beginners I was afraid of getting lost in the installation and paramtrages while this one has t snap! This is my sound card and Premire for the use I made, it is excellent. BMOL The only case of withdrawals Monos = must use an adapter mono 2jacks mle / female jack 1 Stereo (6 euros) to s'couter both speakers ... His report seems qualitprix be one of the best in its class, this choice I would do without any hsitations.

I t attracted to 4 I / O in high-resolution external jack rack.
I wanted a card to record the output of a console so no need to micro pramplis or of low impdance. Dj Possdant a multimedia card, no need either to noon.

When I bought it I had no guitar amp and suddenly I could only connect my guitar on the pc and use an amp simulator. So now I plug either a microphone positioned in front of my guitar amp or my guitar directly, and then always a microphone for voice, harmonica or percussion.

UTILIZATION

Installation is no problem set by the choice of PCI. There may be conflicts of IRQ rsolus easily by reversing the arrangement of cards.

Ableton Live 7 Indicator 1.11 ms of latency, and 0.96 ms latency output
