Ipwarrior
« HP high performance but unfortunately this product »
Published on 06/01/10 at 15:31It was the first serious price hp at MV.
It was 680francs/pièce at the time.
It was the mid-bass to 41Hz-3dB.
For the year I can not remember if it was in 90 91 or 93 it's been a long time ...
SOUNDS
it has a tip like Eminent fromthe 1.5kHz.
ferrite is 180 mm in diameter for a coil of 75 mm and an xmax of + - 2mm.
dynamics: it is 100db/W/m with 97db/w/m at 41Hz.
the dynamics are impressive, but I do not know his behavior on high power: from 25W it provided as much as the other which is claiming at least double.
OVERALL OPINION
it was not used much.
I did it for the brother to his guitar.
I only regret not having bought 2 at that time because what HP has a potato hell.
The only one I've seen as bad in terms of potato was the PRO38S100 Audax, but which has a BL certainly more important.
This kind of hp can make cash lightweight * 180 liters, with little amplification (2x300W) while ensuring a good end pressure.
* PC with 18 mm reinforcement see a little of this if many reinforcements.
If the hp is still somewhere, I'm interested: with few watts to send it, with a decent bass in a box which makes completely obsolete and unnecessary.
# What is your opinion about the value for the price?
# Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice?
Yes to light in 2x300 config for 200 people: it has the capabilities that HP!
In 2x180 liters.
Notice given in relation to the price / performance of the beast that is exceptional.
