«  Excellent notebook for mobile music »

Value For Money : Excellent
I needed for my Macbook a "notebook musical nomad". That is to say a little "keyboard-accessory, solid and responsive, to compose melodies, bass lines, chords and synths or samplers fly in Live, Logic, Cubase see Garageband.

The solution is LPK25: MIDI USB self powered, velocity sensitive and no drivers to install.
It perfectly matches my needs: compact form for transport (width mac book), 100% compatible (Mac, PC or Linux).

In addition there is the presence of an arpeggiator, but no connection for a sustain pedal.

Its main function, for my part, a "musical notepad" for the nomads.

UTILIZATION

The keyboard is a bit hard but very easy to use with a touch relatively good (compared to Korg Keynote), efficient and responsive. It is pleasant to use despite its small size. No installation required. It connects to the USB port, we open our favorite music publisher (Live-Cubase-Logic-Garageband) and it works.

Facilities:
- Buttons Sustain
- An arpeggiator and programming easy and intuitive + 4 "preset" including the settings.
- Manual is. PDF, (French and other languages).

OVERALL OPINION

After 1 week of use, I recommend this mini-keyboard to everyone. It fulfills its role of "notepad musical nomad". Its detection is automatic with nothing to install.
Another competing model tested: Korg NANOKEY. (To forget)
- What I love most: beautiful, compact size, the arpeggiator, its lineup of four of its banks and the control knob octave + / -.
- The least: not sustain pedal can base
- Excellent value for money: Value for money unbeatable. I strongly recommend it.
