« To avoid any price! Prfrer the Axiom of the same brand. »
Published on 03/31/07 at 11:238 rotary knobs, a fader, and lots of buttons to assign a single mouse click ... more than enough to tweak a lot of paramtres in real time without taking head.
USB and MIDI out, power supply jack.
Branch it was planted in USB Fruity Loops without stopping, see the whole PC (380W PSU TruePower of).
Feeds via USB or via optional external power supply (transformer qques euros a simple enough).
UTILIZATION
Archi simple to use: an assignable knobs click.
BUT touch abominable, trs drive. Forced to jump both feet on it to draw the maximum VLOC.
Unusable as the keyboard ... ok if you just want to use the assignable knobs.
OVERALL OPINION
I got a prs year, but I use it not for lack of taste and preferences for computer music for a real synth requires.
The best: not bulky at all and super lightweight. Gnial to take on holiday with a laptop. Except that it is unbearable and not working well. This keyboard is terrible.
I am relieved to have sold. For a little more there is the MicroKorg, which is not only better but also gnre keyboard sounds from hell, and is far more beautiful, with its wooden edges ... In short, the O's really not the case. Madame d'occasion!
EDIT: I eventually bought a master keyboard in the same brand, Axiom 49, and I can tell you that GOOD absolutely silent. Much bigger and heavier, yes, but excellent touch and quality manufacturing of high level. So it's not brand the problem here, but this particular product.
