Hi,
As I am torn between buying the Harley.Benton g2x12 or g4x12 of the same mark. I will wish, have opinions. I explain my idea, or I take a g2x12 and later I bought another I stick underneath, 4x12 style and I change the last 2 hp come with two Celestion G12 K 100 (100 watts) by example, to reinforce the bass or I take a g4x12 and I change the two hp down to the same Celestion (G12K100).
The idea for the 4x12 is to separate hp (Vintage 30) from the top of the lower ones (G12K100) by a PC board 18mm. Possibly open behind the vintage 30 open like a 2x12 amp. Put two jack sockets, 1 hp for the top and one for the lower ones. Like that when I'm home I can only use the vintage 30. And as I have a double body 100 w marshall, I can use the 4x12 if necessary. That's the idea if I explained well. Is it useful to separate the high and low hp if I do branch as the top ????
