For how long have you been using it? 3 years
What thing do you like most/least about it? cheap and reliable
Did you try many other models before getting this one? oh yes
What is your opinion about the value for the price? very good
Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice? yes of course

ps: To complement the 2 reviews below (and of kizou mogwai) which may mislead potential buyers, it has no power supply voltage fault at its output, if you find with a multimeter across it more than 9v "empty" (no load) and well it's quite normal!, like all transformers and whatever their output voltage, the measured ternsion will always be higher than stated on the transformer!
Why?, all transformers have a load chart that indicates that according to the intensity that goes through the device to be connected to the transformer, the voltage across it will decrease as a function of current distributed
in this case of Ka-189, if you measure the voltage without a camera connected to these terminals, so you have 13v in, if you plug a device that requires a current of 600mA, then the ka-189 actually has these 9v terminal is what is written on its label (9v/600ma), and hence necessarily, if you plug a device 300ma, so you have between 9v and 13v, and if you plug a device greater than 600mA, you so there are fewer 9v, and more likely to burn out the transformer due to over-load!
if you want to have a fixed voltage alimenttation whatever the device is plugged into it, I do not advise you of the power supply "transformer", but rather alim "stabilized" or "of" laboratory ". &% & %&%&%
