Electro-acoustic sounding resin "shallow bowl" (Ovation type), 3-band equalizer (low, mid, high), one volume. The table is pine (from what I read) and the mahogany neck with rosewood fingerboard. The finish is successful: good color, good polish frets and well adjusted.
I put a damper on the quality of the plastic at the equalizer that broke when I put the battery compartment was poorly adjusted and had to grind a little.
However the general appearance is very friendly.
UTILIZATION
The neck is very thin, very pleasant to the touch with 22 boxes for the three bass strings and 23 boxes for the 3 acute (I have not drunk I assure you), with access to acute facilitated by the cutaway but marred by the thickness of the heel of the neck at the sound box that makes the thumb quickly blocked (to the 15th case). The handle is heavy so that the guitar pitches down when playing standing up but it may demonstrate its solidity. Still it is very enjoyable to play.
SOUNDS
I bought this guitar for those famous sounding like resin Ovations but these are quite expensive. The sound is impressive even without a power amp with the sounding shallow with a very special stamp that I would call metal.
On amp (I tried a Fender Performer 1000 ( https://forums.audiofanzine.com/index%2Cidproduit%2C14170.html ) ) must take his time to successfully fine-tune the sound, the guitar tends to swing above the low frequencies and do not hesitate to push a little reverb (personal opinion ). Once found the right setting, rendering clear sound is OK but I do not really pushed the test I use it mostly without amp.
OVERALL OPINION
It is now almost 3 years since I bought it on the popular auction site. I got it new for less than € 80 then it is worth € 280 which makes it a quality / price. I love to play on its tone as for its "playability" everything I was looking for. My only regret is that it has received a shock in transportation and I had to redo the varnish on the table ...
