Excellent
After 5 months of use, I can confirm that it has a really good sound. The wood has a little dried and it opened. BUT .. yeah, there is a but, I was forced to change the bridge saddle. The original was, admittedly, bone, but without any notch. The E string was false from the ground agreement and rope SI was wrong all over the neck. Can not play Blackbird who had taken the lead in the wing. A cry. I took her to the luthier who settled haired shift, the problem was solved. But ... but another !! When I plugged into the amp, the sound was rotten. stifled, without relief. I started to have the balls for good, so I recovered a nut plastoc an old Cort that sounded fair and well, she and I adapted lime glass and paper, This Takamine. Since then, it sounds really good. Nothing to do when compared her no she had.
So in conclusion, a very good guitar, but after changing the mechanical and the nut. You decide. Today I do not change.
USE
Handle very nice. No difficulty to place chords, tough.
Good ergonomics, not too light nor heavy. well what ... Access to acute is easy with the cutaway.
It gives a good sound by changing the original strings to prefer those with a more crystalline, slightly metallic. Forced otherwise the fund that is mahogany does not return as one might expect. But it is because it is new. After it is done ....

I use it for 4 months, I chose to have a guitar easy to live cheap, mahogany, with a massive table, and very beautiful. The color is really great matter of taste of course. It is a good value for money. I have changed the mechanics. The originals are basic Gotoh and do not take the deal. I put in more expensive models. It's good now.
So in conclusion, a very good guitar, but after changing the mechanical and the nut. You decide. Today I do not change.
