Excellent
These speakers I have been advised by an amateur artist for their performance on a single shot.
I mix of prog metal and heavy metal
I use cubase studio 5 via a Presonus Firebox soundcard jack cable connected to 2 speakers without a subwoofer.
SOUNDS
The spectral balance for me, all the frequencies is very well rendered, no exaggeration of certain frequencies over others.
This is an excellent choice to start effectively mix
Everything is ok!
OVERALL OPINION
I have no experience hardware failure or loss of frequencies for 5 years and I do not "care to change or else spend on new Prodipe Ribon.
Speakers purchased to replace my yamaha is too bulky at the time and the event in front of the lower back does not suit me.
the only flaw is that "Plok" Ignition speaker when switche ON OFF button, be careful to consider their volume down before you turn them on or off!
The price / quality ratio is excellent, I heard talk of Ascending Prodipe and I confess to be very satisfied for the moment, I recommend for self amateur production.
I buy some subwoofer that literally transforms the sound of these speakers.
