As it is a passive model, it must acquire a very good amp. there is a model in QSC, but other premium brands, like Bryston, can of course do the trick.
SOUNDS
The sound is anything but tiring, and makes wonderfully stereo and depth. This is a very reliable model in the sense that it can without regard to trust what we hear. If the voice sounds too loud or too reverberant, that it is. For me the main quality of a monitoring system. Play drums and bass on these plays is pure happiness: the musicians are in the room with you. Dynamic compliance, the stamps are beautifully reproduced, mastered the bass and not mushy, even at high volume (if the amp follow).
But most impressive is likely that even at low volumes, we find the mix as it is. no need to push too hard (except to please the customer or have fun).
OVERALL OPINION
I would do this without buying problem. We just provide a substantial budget for amplification. This is not a fault, just a feature you should know before purchasing this model.
