This is a simple analog console, ie not recall but with a highly configurable routing
UTILIZATION
As everything is in front, this console is easy to use, at this level there is no trap
SOUNDS
The console is transparent? Ah ah ah!
The sound that it is unclean. Better if you take a nice analog source (no matter what, even a good CD player), by connecting the inputs 1 & 2 then sliding, we realize that as one approaches Master the slice, the sound changes. Too much!
OVERALL OPINION
I used this console 3 or 4 times and have resold.
Me that binds me to the hardware, then it was a relief to see her go.
In fact, reading the manufacturer's advertising shows figures comparable in all respects to the SSL, Neve or another. And this is true, the values of signal to noise ratio of the pre-amp are certainly close to beautiful consoles.
But it's not as easy to make an audio device that sounds good.
I was not expecting much because c "was troubleshooting but I thought we could not stoop so low.
This was the only investment I've regretted, but positive, it was after this misadventure that I chose my preamps John Hardy and George Massenburg who are in the 50 finest mic preamps on the planet.
