UTILIZATION
The operation is very simple and intuitive.
The banner VU meter is a more comfortable view.
Submitted is the minimum, but the little extras that could make it a standard missing: Insert the subgroup, effect returns a little more Evolus, more XLR inputs, greater flexibility in ancillary items, etc ...
SOUNDS
Strangely, I can not find the same pleasure as other analog consoles (the 520 for example). Everything is there but we feel that a Tascam stingy to provide affordable table ($ 1,700 was the era) with all the features of fashion.
Crosstalk is frankly not worthy of the reputation of the brand, and entries 2tracks effects etc. .. are pretty nil.
The equiliseur is quite limited with its single band semi parametric medium.
OVERALL OPINION
I possde this table for about a year.
We see it t think for home recording and nothing else. Quazi do something else is impossible, with eight mic inputs, or lack of insert on the sub-gropupe, etc. ..
For the ratio Q / P has not please me I saw the price and I got it (+ / 125)
