IK Multimedia have announced they have entered into an agreement with music publisher Hal Leonard to distribute IK Multimedia music production software and hardware to music stores in North America.
The agreement is effective since May 1, 2009.
IK Multimedia is a music software company headquartered in Modena, Italy with offices in the US and UK. The company has developed music software designed to re-create famous analog and tube gear — like guitar amplifiers and stompboxes — in software form.
Founded in 1947, Hal Leonard Corporation is a large music print publisher, producing songbooks, sheet music, educational publications, reference books, DVDs, CD-ROMs, children’s music products and more. Hal Leonard is headquartered in Milwaukee, WI and also has domestic offices in Winona, MN, New York and Nashville.
