Bassist, Blasko (Ozzy Osbourne, Ex-Rob Zombie) and guitar effects manufacturer Pro Tone Pedals present a bass overdrive designed to bring "new levels of tone shaping, growl inducing, and low-end, pulverizing distortion."
The manufacturer says that at low settings you’ll feel its vintage, amp-like response and tone, while at high gain settings you’ll get some spicy gain heating up your signal, sending it into a modern metal/industrial realm.
Pushing the ‘Hi’ and ‘Low’ controls will give you a more scooped midrange and add additional grit to your signal. Additionally, the unit can be powered anywhere from 9-18volts. At higher voltage, you'll get increased clarity, more output, and an overall edgier tone, according to Pro Tone.
The Blasko is hand made in the USA, is 100% true bypass with grounded input for noise free operation, and comes backed by a 5-year warranty.
