Bass player since 1966.(15 yrs old!)
Played all sorts of styles since then.
60's pop,70's rock,80's glam.

Weeks of internet/forum research.Decided to ignore "snobs" comments about Ashdown copy
& bought the Head, 1x15 Cab & 2x10 Cab for under £500 incl delivery.Gear arrived in 3 days. You simply can't beat that for a full stack.
Bought via the Internet from GAK (UK)

Price! Price! Price!
The gear also looks good.It does look similar to Ashdown, what's wrong with that?
I got the full stack for the price of an Ashdown head.
Plenty of power,& once you get used to the EQ section, loads of tonal variations via the SHAPE control. The cabs don't break your back either.

The Ultrabass function doesn't impress me, so I never use it.I wish Behringer would replace this with Compression control.
I rated this amp 4 out of 5 because it didn't have Compression control.
Regarding the cabinets....you don't have any control over the Tweeters. They are either On or Off (via a switch)
Too drastic sometimes, so a pot would be better.
Master volume pot is way too sensitive.
Would prefer it to be "notched" like Trace Elliot amp.Sometimes you need a quick tweak so you have to be careful with this pot.

Top marks for construction & quality.
1 year using it. No complaints here.

Apart from no compression control & the sensitive master volume, I can't fault this gear considering the price.
