Characteristics for, everything has been said below. Note one point though: you do not have to connect the head to a cabinet to play with headphones, for example. This is significant for the later work Amison without disturbing its neighbors. This is quite rare as characteristic as it takes in most cases where a baffle loadbox to avoid burn out the head.
Otherwise, I would have liked a limit disengaged as the 400W version, but good I quibble ...

UTILIZATION

The manual is very clear, I read before getting my head and see that it was designed for bassists. Not superfluous, as the efficiency. Very simple config actually set this amp back to adjust the EQ, that's all. And it is formidable, adjustment results in an appropriate response. We see very quickly where the amp is coming from. I love the fact that the race is notched knobs, it is easier to note the settings.
You can also stop between the teeth but we know we advance 3dB 3dB ...
I appreciated the fact that the frequency knob bass and treble is entered in the manual. One can easily get a good sound because all the sounds that come out of this head are excellent.

For my part I cut the bass (30Hz is inrestituable) and I played on the first parametric frequency to find the grave that highlights my grave If the mix, the accursed rope 5 steeplejack, enough defined . SOUNDS

A monster! I play a Warwick Thub BO 5 which is already provided in grave that even the violin. Well this amp magnifies. Warwick is good for something but I wanted to emphasize that this is a beautiful wedding.
This ammpli brings a stain that is undeniable, but still in the accuracy, finesse and musicality. With such a receiver, you do not need 300W unless it stick a noise generator! That said, with a well-tuned sound (mediums), no need to 300W. I had to use my SWR 100W repeat with my group of Death and I was always very (too) well now.

To summarize, this is an amp that provides the bass response (harmonics serious, not the big earthquake that hurts the flop even if able) and the return of mediums. At one point, my Warwick was a sound PBesque and it has messed me to get there. I love PB, I'll have one some day, but two grains that have nothing to do "as well".

OVERALL OPINION

I for one month but I'll wear to the bone. what I like most is its EQ, formidable, running notched knobs, its connectivity, comprehensive, adequate and well thought out.
I tested the Trace Elliot, SWR, Ampeg, Gallien Kruger, Fender, this is the first time I realize that a receiver can provide much in the bass sound! The favorite. Used, 350 euros (given) it is a bargain but must still love amps that color. What I like least is that the limit is not detachable but ... we do not want him!
I was on SWR and I appreciated his transparency. One day I had the opportunity to change her, and I tried coloring (avoiding Ampeg) and I enjoyed this one. I'm not necessarily a collector of stuff, I resell and I bought. Fascinated by the sound of bass, I wanted to see if this amp was at the height of his reputation and I understand why there are edenistes convinced! Try it, it's worth the trip!
