I was looking for a speaker with a depth of 15 ", prcise powerful and compact. EBS 311 is perfect, despite the 39kg. Sturdy and well finished with a beautiful chrome grille, is done!
Impedance 4 ohms (so difficult to add a second enclosure but frankly it's not worth it!) 400w (that is quite sufficient even on scne)
I use a Warwick profet4 head (400w) and the EBS preamp ValeDrive.
SOUNDS
The enclosure complies with the characters of the bass (I rediscovered this place with my instrument). The sound is both large, deep, punchy and prcis. It IS serious cash on unabated even high-volume and treble are clear but not aggressive. I t really impressed with the performance of this speaker.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for 4 months now and repeated on stage and I'm not prt change. It sounds terrible and it's not too big. No more double fridges body
