The Alien Bass Station (or ABS) combines a limiter/compressor, an amp generator and a Gamma fuzz. The pedal can be used on stage or in studio and Analog Alien adds that, though it is primarily designed for bass, guitar players can also be interested in the stompbox.
The limiter/compressor section features three orange knobs for the output level, sensitivity and limiter/compressor function.
The Gamma Fuzz is reduced to two purple knobs for the input and output levels, while the amp generator, with its white knobs, has a two-band EQ, a gain and an output level.
The three effects can be used together or separately, each being foot switchable.
The pedal is powered by an external supply, which is provided along with a bag.
US price of the Alien Bass Station is $399 excl. shipping. Visit www.analogalien.com for more info.
