OVERALL OPINION
Summit Audio has an outstanding line of gear to offer, with the MPE-200 being one of their finest products. Of course it's going to cost you an arm and a leg to get one, and to be honest I'm not really sure that it's worth the price. Having said this, I use one at the studio where I work, so I don't have to pay at all for it. It's basically the front end in one of our smaller rooms, and it certainly sees a lot of action. If you're interested in dropping a ton of money on a dual channel preamp/EQ combo for your front end, whether it be in a professional or home studio, the Summit MPE-200 should definitely be in the discussion.See less20
