Analog, not light. Active requires a 9V battery to properly use the balanced output, or phantom power.

There are no effects available. Just attenuators for balanced output.

Input:
- 1 TS
- 1 XLR

Output:
- 1 balanced XLR
- 1 TS

Model to pose on the ground, and trampled in concert!

UTILIZATION

Very simple. We put a battery, you plug, it works.

Well obviously, if you're wondering what use a direct box, then you will have to learn some concepts. Impedance, output level, and all these weird things.

SOUND QUALITY

I was able to catch up properly the sound of a pellet of crap on a guitar with it.
After I've never tested other direct box so I do not know if it really colors the sound.

I am using the passive aspect of this box because I have no mixer at home.

Otherwise, to make recordings, as soon as I can use the active side, I do. It improves the sound well

OVERALL OPINION

So I do not use it as vriament direct box, but rather as a bridge between my catch, starved of mixer.

I will return to this test seriously when I have more knowledge about it;)
In any case, I have done well have bought the Sharia!
