I use it to enter and exit -10 dB assymtrique symtrique a micro level, in that the use prampli TL064-board is enough if a bit noisy in dpass.Il is probably other utilisations.On could aisment change these two circuits by more efficient (OPA 4228) but double the price of the BTE.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it for a year.
I like its simplicity and the fact that it is colorless.
I have tried many other models of DI but not for the same purpose.
The report qualitprix is formidable for its intended use.
I do it again this choice for this purpose.
