- Installation on Windows 2000 faile, test on my laptop and my PC.
- The default config trs works well, you plug a microphone or instrument between the mic / line and recorded THE FIRST track by clicking the big button recording.
- I have not used the manual, which is in English, there are also links to a tutorial on the site.
- The version I installed is 1.2.0, note that the software is free and runs on Windows, Mac and Linux.
SUITABILITY/PERFORMANCE
- Config PC: Duron 1.3/RAM256/carte his sis intgre the motherboard.
- Mobile Config: Celeron 500/RAM160.
In the two cases can be recorded without problem. I had no problem last fortnight that I use.

First we recorded the drum track, this one not n'tant intgre (there is only mtronome), use a box rhythm (software or matte Riel). For my part I use Hammer Head For example, a software, I plug a cable between the HP output and microphone input, then I record my drum track.
Then there has been a one, by listening to the recorded prcdemment t, the other tracks.
Note that registration is over DCAL Previous track, so use the tool to reset the time dplacement dernire track record with the prc teeth.
Then we apply the treatments on each track, on the portion you want (amplification, elimination of noise, compression, etc. ...), you can also cut / paste, fade in / fade out, etc. ..
If the effects are not the DSIR could not be easier! you install the program Audacity VST Enabler, and you copy the VST plugin you need, in the plugins directory!
Once your completed song you can export to wav, aif or mp3.
In sound, even with my hardware that is the low-end to be polite (guitar strato Transfer imitation, zoom 505, sound card intgre), we get to make songs that sound very s good), is in the chantillonage 44 kHz, each track is in mono, but can be put in Stereo, you can merge the tracks, the rgler GAINDE each track, etc. ..
This software is really trs full and fabulous, the only thing that could be criticized is that there is no rhythm intgre a box (there is even a right mtronome amlior). But the rest is really terrible and you will SAVE 300 euros or more! Do not hesitate to try it under the GNU, and therefore free!
