Value For Money :
Excellent
Stereo phaser, with several modes, classic, dual mono!, Contrary Stereo, stereo async! And liquid metal. MODULATION: triangle, S / H, envelope, uncertainity, pattern, + another method that synchronizes all these mods to the tempo. Two buttons, a Tap Tempo and Mode Reset!
4 knobs, a Center (center frequency of action), a Regen (feedback), a Rate and a depth (related to the module), all with status LEDs for all functions except for the knobs (hmhmhm) . Bypass a ...... input and output stereo jack 6.35, plus a footswitch inputs (footswich), plus a digital mode LINK (like the VGA port) to chain multiple mod fx in avoiding the cabling ...
UTILIZATION
Simple setup (a bit complex for apperremment spectralmachin ...) the edition is simple provided you know the mode of operation of a phazer (and that does not work as trichloroethane) and we know what we want to do .....
the manual is excellent and very educational (they provide the same patch the old one)
SOUND QUALITY
The effects are truly effective and combinations are very diverse (compared to my MuTron Phasor ....) the work is done well (even though very clean) the sound is not "fat" of analog, but can just be used to overcome the defects of an old machine ... I use it on almost anything to test, and also to play on mono delay and re-inject, you can get a textures and spaces very very interesting. function reset mode can be useful particularly in the context of zero throu, to leave the module at the appropriate time if it is ...... OFFSET And I'm sorry, it works very well and it is indeed a PHASER (sorry spectrosaurmachin) the sound is not as huge with a good Bi-Phase vieu but it's still very pleasant ...
OVERALL OPINION
For a year or two, I like the multiple features, the stereo side!! , How slow the rate !!!!! the very rich panel of sonority obtained simply (if you know the Phaser hehehehehehehehehehehehehehe) because I board a few tries phaser Advent and my favorite is of course the MuTron BI PHASE I clone a fairy good day in the hybrid has a vieu CHORUS ,.......
The value for money is INCREDIBLE (75 euros in Germany nine at the time) I find disgusting against by some rotten french raptors have sold more than 150 euros
In my opinion what kills MOD FX series, it's so small price for all services rendered (ie ca Lles people take to bottle) and is the prohibitive price (french) for a pedal that people believed RESERVED guitar ......
