100% French production with use of high-end as the Indian rosewood for the back and sides and Sitka for the wood table. The neck is mahogany and ebony. The rose is a "martin" vintage. The varnish is a colorless brilliant.
UTILIZATION
Shall it be the first thing to feel the grip is that It`s a fairly light weight guitar.
The size of the handle provides ease of absolutely perfect game and off you a pleasant surprise because it n`y no radical change from an electric neck, which It`s not always the case.
The ideal width at nut and ebony fingerboard contributes heavily to strengthen the true feeling of comfort.
SOUNDS
Of course the shape of the Dreadnought type and cutting thickness of the sides is a classic from Martin offers a very good balance of bass and treble but we must not forget that the wood used are exceptional in quality as the Indian Rosewood which is a supreme choice for an acoustic guitar.
The power of sound is present but especially the ebony fingerboard also contributes to superb brightness / return sound. j`en experience must have done many times on power, nothing beats an ebony fingerboard.
The bias of the best possible quality of manufacture from my workshop DUPONT is perceptible at all levels.
The sound quality will bring satisfaction n`importe any style of music.
OVERALL OPINION
I own this model since 1999 and m`a always brought great satisfaction in the first place for the comfort of play due to a very easy round to play but also of course for the rich, full sound that is sought after by all the musicians .
I do not regret my chois to l`époque because currently using the instruments are Indian Rosewood and will probably increasingly rare and obviously very expensive, but It`s l`apanage upscale!
