I bought my drumkit in 1993. this is my first drumkit and I still have it. I paid 6000 francs at the time (slightly less than 1000 €) with cymbals, which I think is good value for money.
I love the sound of the toms and snare drum, however I can not find the right setting for the bass drum. With only one crash and hihat, cymbals my game is a bit tight.
I hesitate a lot between the store (affective because it's my first instrument) and buy me a new one (either double or double pedal GC) plus possibly a second floor tom. But above all it should to Invest in cymbals.
