I post here on the d12, having already issued a notice on the max15, in order to answer the previous post.
No, I am neither commercial nor "knocked up" by a brand, I just give an opinion as a sound engineer, professional working on all types of brands for over 20 years;
yes, put the feet of a musician and a DS15 max15 or D15S APG (or if you prefer MTD115 L-Acoustics) and you will hear clearly what I mean, not to mention the SMX15 (APG) that each bleuffe engineers have to work with.
I do not criticize d & b, I criticize the price in terms of an old design (it was already the same type of speakers that the C7 and C4 in the 80's, with the speaker "hi" the serious hp pavilion by simple comp boards and medium Acute simple plastic flag);
I also criticizes those wanting to compare the incomparable view (do not exaggerate when, with true line source of the waveguide is still something else! ditto for returns, to have a serious nature must be a credit a minimum volume and a good hp, 2 points is not the max, the fund is too small and the processor is to recreate artificially exaggerating the bottom of the curve, and the HP employee is far being a phl (open measure and if you do not believe me, although your ears should be enough ...).
Incidentally, I put a 4 for the d12, as it can serve as the d & b, unlike the Crown or the lab, we can update programs with the following brand manufacturers used .
And when d & b w 4x2500 release a lake with integrated, a low distortion rate and a damping factor correct (should see the state ds hp B2 after only 2 or 3 years of intensive use, not pretty pretty) not to mention those poor 2x1200w that you are buying lots of amplifiers Dearest ...
Compare what is comparable, give honest opinions with regard to what your ears hear, do not succumb to the hype and trade policies to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars.
This is only my opinion, and the subject of this topic so interesting created by AF, irreplaceable site.
