Value For Money :
Poor
This multi-purpose possde 8 processors, one for each effect module, therefore, unlike many competing devices, the quality of the effects do not DGRAD based on the number of simultaneous effects. And the gain of the output level is adjustable by knobs in faade. The saw-stro nitre is fast and efficient. The compressor and noise gate possdent their VU meters DDIS.
The connection is on jacks in between :-( asymtriques symptriques and Stereo output and, therefore, two outputs and two inputs + it is possible to outwit the dual mono, so it's two channels of four effects that we have. numrique is on the coax, not optical or AES EBU XLR, which is a shame because the coup it is difficult to classify the product and some pro magntos numriques possde not that of optics, for example.
Conspicuously absent is an effects loop or an insertion point because no distortion worthy of the name on the G-Force. And add the APRS distortion effects, a sound dgueu. Must therefore come with the distortion, which greatly limits the possibility of chaining effects.
UTILIZATION
Super easy to use, intuitive trs.
Manuel trs clear.
SOUND QUALITY
Hard to beat without exceeding the 44.1 khz. Eight processors, and a 24-bit conversion, algorithms hell ...
The effects are all of good quality trs, trs purposes, and the purity of the sound is incredible. Test for a lot of multi-effects, Boss ME-5, GX-70, Digitech RP-6, StudioQuad ... I can tell you that this is the day and night. Well, the price also ...
OVERALL OPINION
The only product on the market that silent probably better than the G-Force was released, or at least more powerful bcp is the Eventide H4000 and H7000, I do not know, in short, if we could put four times more There was better, yes.
Me, I pay my G-Force Fr leaving 11,000, or about 1700. More than six years later, we still 1500. I know of no other example of Digital Products with as little drop in price. Unless the recorder may be Roland VS-2480, albeit expensive ds dpart the former and less. Moreover, for info, you can find around 4400 in Audio Partners JVV Pigalle, probably the best music store in Paris.
I'm not 10/10 because the "distortion" and simulation of HP are not really gniaux.
FYI, I use G-Force to record voice, synths, acoustic instruments. I spend my pramp in numrique then I enter on my Roland VS-1680. Converters are terrible and the sound is clear trs.
You can easily mix anything with the effects of G-Force. The rverbes are gorgeous and all the effects sound good.
Note that you can use the G-Force DOUBLE MONO, which is little known. So you have a dual effect of studio with four modules per channel.
