This little box allows you to transform a regular hi-hat stand from acoustic to electric
* How long have you been using it?
One month
* Did you try many other models before getting this one?
I had the opportunity to test various electronic brands in the store; Charley, Roland, Yamaha, Alesis and 2BOX.
This one is well worth it compared to high end Roland and Yamaha.
* What do you like most/least about it?
Most:
Ease of installation
The feeling of being on a real Hi-Hat foot (realistic touch, all the known effects: chick, splash, continuous)
The possibility of installing electronic cymbals of choice
Least:
The box and attach any plastic give a somewhat fragile feel.
* What is your opinion about the value for the price?
About 100 euros a box, plus add the price of a electronic cymbal as a Hi-Hat cymbal.
Personally, even to pay 150 €: it will always be cheaper than the Roland VH-12 or Yamaha RHH-135!
* Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice? ...
Clearly!
