1 month I use and I am satisfied trs, I love the composition on rack of 4 pads (toms = 4), with a snare drum up more in diameter, charley up also as a true, and also three cymbals, not to mention three areas of sounds on each pad and on the ride. I do not see a default, forcment, the pads make a noise but with a good pad headphones or a good set of speakers is not thinking at all.
I tried DTXpress 3s which is not bad but it's also a range below, and t 6 and 8 of Roland, this dernire both really great in touch, but the 4th 3rd cymbal pad and Yamaha convinced me!
I would do without this choice problem.
