After the instructions, they say ".. the principle is based on a selective phase rotation frequency addition dependent correction program and broadening of the pulse .. "(?) Basically, if I understand it is a processor that adds frequencies where there is none. I'm really sorry if this attempted explanation is not entirely accurate but I am perfectly candid!
In this unit there is also a noise reduction system! It is a bit like the compressor is like an expander in fact!
There is also a processor for bass that either adds or the amplified in fact for once I do not know.
Even after there is a surround function according Behringer can amplify and improve the spatial instruments!
UTILIZATION
It's super easy! You turn it button presses, we listen and drive Simone and Michel!
SOUND QUALITY
Honestly I've always been dubious. In fact in hindsight the effect not generate this device may very well be dispensable even though it may seem convincing at first. I tried many things, my keyboards, my bass, flute guitar and my voice. While it is true that bah well balanced it can be fun at times, but poorly proportioned (and it's super quick!) Music or voices become too hard or shiny metal! In fact, the effect must be discreet. So discreet that it should hardly be heard. So this is why I remain very skeptical about the real utility of this ULTRAFEX.
I think the surround effect is really bad because it completely distorts instruments. on the other hand I think the treatment is quite low if not abused too. Ah yes, and then, something that is still important, I never found a breath!
OVERALL OPINION
In fact, for the quality / price and all I can not really have since given me notice the report. on the other hand for sure if I had paid I would surely regret my purchase home so he spends more time off kindled!
I tried to use several times on stage as well, and frankly it's really a blow to get the sound engineer who welcome you back, since apparently it's super hard for them to make a proper balance when this unit is used.
One thing that is really super cool is its manual that really great comprehensive and informative!
By against something that is really less is the quality of its decision Xlr is really not great, it's all plastic and especially fragile ')
