Pedal pretty solid, except for Inrush Switch boss, is ca not see the picture but once you open the pedal, it's just a trick p'tit plastic, ca is not the big metal switch costal well. Nevertheless, the NS-2 did not need s'enclancher often.

3 knobs: 1 for the level of reduction, the second for the reduction of delay (after a note) and the third to choose between reducing or mute.
Several connections:
- Input (to connect an instrument) and output (to amp);
- Send and return: to insert effects pedals (except delay and reverb: the effect can not undergo a reduction of sound).

There is a small red LED to know when the sound is reduced or not.

This pedal can power other pedals, you have to buy one cable and one little power with a single power supply 6.

UTILIZATION

Pedal very easy to use, it took me .... 20 seconds.
The manual clearly explains the connections to do, for effects, the Food and other pedals.

SOUND QUALITY

This pedal has changed my life. I play on a guitar half body (Epiphone Sheraton 2), home of a combo Peavey Classic 30 tube. No problem of feedback in this case (I have neighbors ...). As against the studio, on a Marshall JCM 900 with a big brute of a drummer, and play punk ... I bothers, as soon as I stop playing, a huge uncontrollable feedback foul. With the Boss NS-2, I rediscovered my guitar and amp! the man is clean, more feedback, and all my signal.

Yesterday I purchased a distortion: Visual Sound Jekyll and Hyde, quite noisy, once in the effects loop of the NS-2, more noise!
