Last week, rumors emerged about a new product from Sweden's Propellerhead.
It sounds like they’re going to announce a new DAW product, *not* a new version of Reason, and it should be named Record.
According to Propellerhead co-founder Ernst Nathorst-Böös, who spoke to someone at CDM, “Record is a piece of software designed around the musical possibilities of recording audio, emphasizing the actual act of recording and working with sound in ways that are always connected to musical time, beats and bars, and a fluid approach to tempo and tempo changes. It focuses on a single task rather than bundling together lots of tasks.”
PH has a big countdown clock on its frontpage, which had only 4 hours left to run as of this writing.
All questions should be answered within the next few hours!
