Published on 12/05/02 at 15:00This was recovered out of a dumpster - some idiot NY druggie got frustrated and dumped it. It was recovered and given to me as a birthday present by a fellow surf bro. My life has never been the same since. God intended this for me as His personal Gift of love for me. (thanks Jesus!)
It plays and sounds very well. Keeps in great tune and fits nicely in my arms. It was my first guitar and it got me so hooked into playing I average 1-2 hours a night. I have gotten another guitar, but take this with me traveling on surf safari's and outings. I've owned it for 2 years.
necks a little fat.
very nice construction and still looks good. Has some dings, but all in all in good shape in spite of the prior mis treatment it received. I tried to get some info on how old it is from the Yamaha website but the model / serial number are not on file...
be very thankful that we have been blessed with ability to play such a beautiful instrument - this guitar brings this feeling out in me.
