It is not seen in the picture, but both arms are articulated. So they marry heads most unusual.
Note that the small size of the room that will be in contact with the wall requires a solid support and live very long. To the plasterboard, take a stand or wall mount larger one on a hardwood deck.
Not suitable for nitrocellulose lacquer.
Otherwise, it helps out and it costs almost nothing ...
