Value For Money : Excellent
I start with the build quality, which is exemplary. it is beautiful, solid, clean, it's super pro. A little too much for myself.
Ago with the stomplock for those who like their precious settings are kept intact exactly a square scratch to paste it on a pedalboard and a fluorescent sticker for those who play in the dark.
The pedal is stereo, true bypass (Details button off) or buffered bypass (Details button on it, which leaves the delay is pronlonger after disabling the delay, it's nice that), it is powered by the boss barrel classic, it is small in size.

UTILIZATION

Configuration is very simple, very clear.
The knobs notched well I'm not quite sure what I think I saw that traffics many knobs time / repeat to create glitches when I play.
The manual, a marvel, very clear, very understandable.

SOUND QUALITY

This is a delay, the characteristics are explained below, so I'll just make a few remarks.
- The knob "level" is a level control effect and not a "blend" as the memory man hazarai: thoroughly, it is the volume of the processed signal is thoroughly and dry signal remains present .
- Except for the reverse function, which completely cut the dry signal to keep only the effect.
- The maximum delay is 8 seconds, which allows the knob "repeat" almost fully to the true Frippertronics.
- The controls are a bit basic for example you can not adjust the level of the modulated chorus effect, not adjust the filter effect of the tape echo, etc..
- The looper is more than basic: he knows just the place to repeat the loop you put into it, for 20 seconds, and once inside you can not handle the loop.
Does that sound good? it sounds very good. Great. A little too well, it's a little too "predictable" for me.

OVERALL OPINION

I have since yesterday, but as I had just about everything done as kind of delay on the market except for a space echo and DL4, I think I can give my opinion ;)
What is really above the rest is its size, build quality, the sound that comes out super clean and ease of use.
So that I already hesitate to sell is that it is too good, too professional, too slick. And damn looper that can not do anything that stupid again he was told ...
My favorite darling loved this delay is the Stereo Memory Man with Hazarai, the exact opposite of this beautiful well-behaved and well polished effect what the DL-8. The hardwire it is beautiful, it smells the rose, he politely asked what he and nearly as fancy as my lawnmower. The SMMWH is fada, it is blue, you turn a knob he went into a spin, it clicked like crazy at the slightest movement of the time delay, the looper is an instrument unto itself and is scented with patchouli 1974. A bit like comparing the trumpet fanfare Polytechnic and Miles Davis.

Looking for a perfect small and accurate delay? DARK!
Looking for a box delirium? Buy something else.
