Mono pedal, little sister of the model half-rack stereo Boss EH-50.
UTILIZATION
Setting clear. Personally, I also advocates for the distorted sounds.
SOUND QUALITY
For a good metal sound, place it just after the distortion (the order of chaining is essential). For example, after a Metal Zone. Try these settings:
Metal Zone: Dist set to 1 - to 1 Low - Mid Freq at 2 - Middle and High at 11am.
Following the EH2: Mix 4 or 5am - 9am Freq - Sens at 11am.
Enable and disable EH2 playing. Sensations guaranteed.
Material tested head Carvin X100b (EL34 version) - Marshall 1960 cabinet.
Further adjustments to the amp can be expected for situations lives.
I note 10 for its effectiveness on the distorted sounds (note the order of chaining).
Not really tested on clean sounds.
OVERALL OPINION
I use it exclusively for heavy distortion. 5 years.
This pedal has allowed me to remove the frequency of nasal MT-2 (EQ from the MT-2) and revive the sound spectrum of the distortion of other frequencies very interesting. I plan to buy a second EH-2 used. Before that there have more ...
