Published on 07/26/04 at 15:00I purchased The V-tone Package which comes with and amp, gig bag, cord, picks and guitar from Musician's Friend for 100.00. I got it as my first guitar, just to start me off.
Its got a great sound for the low price and sounds good clean or distorted
Its got low fret action and the stock pickups aren't that great
The neck isn't that wide, which is good for people with smaller hands, and it looks very simmilar to a standard Stratocaster
Great for Beginers, sounds best with Ernie Ball Extra Slinkys
