They are made of a tough nylon and have a roughed up grit on them, hence the name Max Grip. If you are always dropping your picks live or when practicing, I would suggest giving these a whirl.
Believe it or not my local Guitar Center was giving these away to try out. Free picks? I could not say no! No shame in asking your local shop if they are giving them away as well.
Hey a couple hours into playing with these picks and they show no odd wear and tear to the pick or my strings.
The only problem I see is if you like to use different angles of the pick or if you like to bury the pick in your fingers to finger pick a section of the song. If so these probably aren't the picks for you.
Solid. As I said before no wear to the pick or strings. I'm sure I'll see some wear at some point, but so far so good!
Well worth trying out. Nylon picks are more durable than some plastics. The grip is an added bonus. Picks are cheap, I'd highly suggest picking a pack of these up.
