I use it for 3 months and its main advantage is that it wears much more slowly than I used Tortex standard before.
I can not find the exceptional grip (the same as the standard) but it is still better by its shape: slightly larger and especially more pointed.
It sells for 30 cents or 40, I think for large consumers of standards is a good idea to upgrade to The Wedge to life much greater.
I put 9 and not 10 because I also use the Ultex which for me is the top of picks (the grip is much better).
In conclusion, The Wedge is fine but the Ultex are a level above!
