Published on 01/08/11 at 13:18I bought this set of microphones a month ago (the hot vintage model) to play the Dick Dale, the shadows of rock and 60's on my strat 61, and it really set the most versatile mics that I ve ever had in that register.
I tried lots of pickups (fender, Lollar, Kinman, seymour duncan, etc. ..) and I won .. I even played the SRV and Mark Knopfler with bingo and it's every time! I play Fender and Traynor amps tube and it goes everywhere spotless.
In addition to the price of the set is really low for the 100% handmade.
The value for money is exceptional, and I do it again this choice without hesitation. I saw they had released a ceramic version, I'll test on my 57.
PS: I confirm what is said on the previous notice: These pickups are absolutely 100% noiseless .. and that's the only ones I ever met like that. Maybe it's a magnet their gold-plated?
