What type of amplification (lamp, transistor ,...)?
This is a tube power amp: 8 EL84 (4 per channel), 2 12AX7 (1 per channel), and 2 12AU7 (1 per channel).
A total of 12 lamps!

What is the power delivered?
The amp delivers 2 x 50 watts

What connection?
Connect more than complete:
Input, it has 2 inputs per channel that can be used to duplicate on the other channel.
At the outputs: 4,8,16 ohm can be used simultaneously!
Otherwise, a footswitch input per channel for controlling presence.

What are the settings, effects? ...
One finds, for channel, volume and two presence control.
Presence typed "British" and more modern.
It was a switch to change the present use, and a button to switch back to 25 watts.
Finally, of course, a standby channel.

UTILIZATION

The setup is simple?
The setup is really childish.

Do you get a good sound easy?
The sound is now good. For cons, the presence control is fine enough, and the possibilities are numerous. It takes time to configure.

The manual is clear and sufficient? ...
The manual is light, but at the same time, no need for a novel to control the beast.

SOUNDS

Will it fit your style of music?
I am the metal, and the sound is nickel.
But I think this amp is fine also rock, or any other style, as the presence of adjustment is fine and varied.

With what (s) guitar (s) / low (s) or effect (s) do you play?
I play with an ADA MP1 preamp like.
For guitars, I play a Gibson Les Paul Studio and a telecaster 52 "which is mounted on a SH4.
I have not tried it yet with his godin LGX.

What kind of sound you get and with what settings ("crystalline", "fat ",....)?
As mentioned previously, we can do a lot of things with this amp.
And the sound changes a lot depending on the setting of the presence, or by passage triode (2 X 25 watts) instead of the pentode (2 x 50 watts).

What are the sounds you prefer, you hate?

What I like most is that I have a lot more accurate. My sound is better defined and more responsive than my head DSL50 Marshall.
For cons, the sound is less potent. I was surprised because he has to deliver X50 2 watts!
But it remains ample.

OVERALL OPINION

For how long have you been using it?
I was there 's a week.
What thing do you like most/least about it?
I especially like his versatility. Whatever the material before and after, no worries adaptation: we can put any speaker output, and fix / optimize the presence of any preamp.

Did you try many other models before getting this one?
No,
I just tried the amp stage head DSL50 Marshall, Mesa single correct
In power amp, a marshall 8008 (2x80W transistor preamp), but can we really compare?

What is your opinion about the value for the price?
€ 350 bought used, I find it very honest!

Knowing what you know now, would you make the same choice? ...
Without hesitation ....
